Freshmen & Sophomores Prioritized — Limited to 15 Athletes Per Cycle

Do You Really Know Where Your Daughter Stands?

Rankings don't tell the whole story.

Exposure without a plan can become expensive and confusing.

Families deserve an honest evaluation, realistic expectations, and a clear recruiting direction.

That's where Diamonds in the Rough begins.

What Makes DITR Different

  • 01

    Honest Evaluation

We tell you the truth. We evaluate where your daughter is today and give your family a realistic projection of where she may fit at the college level.

  • 02

    Real Basketball Feedback

We show you what needs to improve. We break down strengths, weaknesses, game film, and development priorities so your daughter knows what to work on next.

  • 03

    A Recruiting Plan

We give your family direction. We help identify realistic college levels and potential fits, then build a recruiting roadmap so your family knows what steps to take next.

How It Works

  1. 01

    We Evaluate

We evaluate your daughter live or through game film to determine where she stands today and where she may realistically fit at the college level.

  2. 02

    We Build Her Plan

Your family receives a DITR Player Card, development priorities, recruiting timeline, and direction on the types of college programs that may fit.

  3. 03

    We Navigate the Journey

We guide your family through the recruiting process — including film, communication, college targeting, NCAA eligibility, and next steps as your daughter develops.

Who DITR Is For

  • 01Freshmen & Sophomores serious about playing college basketball.
  • 02Under-the-radar and late-developing players who need an honest evaluation of where they stand.
  • 03Strong academic student-athletes looking for the right athletic and academic fit.
  • 04Families who want a plan instead of trying to navigate recruiting on their own.

The earlier your family understands the process, the more time you have to make good decisions.

Exposure Is Not the Plan.

Getting seen matters. But knowing where to be seen, when to be seen, and what level to target matters even more.

DITR helps families make smarter recruiting decisions before spending more time and money chasing exposure.

The goal isn't to be seen by everybody. It's to be seen by the right programs.

The Journey Can Lead Somewhere.

DITR is built to help families make informed decisions, develop a recruiting plan, and prepare for opportunities along the way.

We're proud of the student-athletes we've worked with who have continued their basketball careers at the collegiate level.

Baylee is a long young guard that can shoot the three ball and get to the rack and score in transition. She is a solid defender. Promising young talent needs to get stronger as she matures will determine her projected NCAA level. Spring 2024 Cy Fair invitational played well her mid-range jump shot was impressive she continues to get better active on defense and plays both ends of the court. Big Upside.
